Project Description: The City of Rio Rancho is requesting formal bids for the Pecos Loop Drainage Improvement project which shall provide culverts to replace the existing dip section that now conveys arroyo flows across Pecos Loop. Work includes but is not limited to; 180 LF of CMP culvert pipe, 200 SY of structural concrete, 22 CY of riprap, and 350 LF existing roadway removal and replacement complete with sidewalks, guardrail, and concrete medians, complete in place. This project is wholly or partially funded with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds, and therefore must comply with all federal procurement guidelines. Neither the United States nor its departments, agencies or employees is or will be party to this invitation for bids or any resulting contract. This procurement will be subject to regulations contained in 2 C.F.R. 200 including the Davis Bacon Act requirements.
