As of December 6, 2022, this solicitation has been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: It is the intent of this Request for Proposal for Professional Services (PS) to hire a pre-qualified architectural/engineering firm(s) (hereinafter Consultant) to provide professional services to develop and design construction plans for future fire stations based on a prototype design currently in use by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners. General Description Of Prototype Fire Station (See Exhibit A-1 and Exhibit A-2): 1. The prototype is approximately 12,456 square feet; however, alternative 1 design increases to approximately 13,153 square feet by increasing the Community Room from approximately 303 square feet to 1,000 square feet. 2. Approximate building dimensions are 163 feet by 76.4 feet. 3. Overall height (top of peak) is approximately 40 feet. 4. Number of truck bays is four (4). 5. Crew quarters for 11. 6. Includes occupancies for staff offices, restrooms, fitness center, gear storage, crew laundry, crew lounge areas, crew sleeping areas, shower and locker areas and full kitchen for staff. 7. Paving plan to accommodate truck movement into and out of buildings, plus parking for crew and visitors. 8. Approximately 125Kw/156KVA standby generator. 9.
