Renovation of a municipal facility in Palo Alto, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of September 21, 2020, contract negotiations are under way. No timetable for award. The City of Palo Alto ("City") is seeking technical and cost proposals ("Proposals") from qualified firms ("Proposers") to provide design-build services for the Corte Madera Reservoir Replacement ("Project"). The Project includes demolition of existing Corte Madera reservoir, design and construction of a new 1.5 million gallons concrete potable water reservoir at the same location. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work, Attachment B. Liquidated Damages $2,000 per Day Should discrepancies or omissions be found in this RFP or should there be a need to clarify this RFP, questions or comments regarding this RFP must be put in writing and received by the City no later than 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Wednesday, December 4, 2019. Correspondence shall be communicated either through the City's electronic procurement system (PlanetBids) or emailed to Terry.loo@cityofpaloalto.org.
