For non-DHS programs and/or customers this MATOC will be utilized within SWDs boundary. DESCRIPTION: A complete description of work for each specific project will be provided in the technical specifications for individual task orders. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Maximum capacity is $1.5B for the entire ordering period made of a 5 year base and 2 option years. Individual Task Orders shall be Firm-Fixed Price and will not exceed $150M. This is a Full and Open Procurement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.1307, this project requires the HUBZone10% price evaluation.
