As of September 2, 2021, multiple attempts to sources have gone unanswered.* ALPHA Report No. G201982-1 *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. --- The selected Architects(s) will be required to perform the basic architectural and engineering services for 5-acre parcel, single story structure, four vehicle bays with north-south orientation Vehicles front-line quint, reserve quint, front-line ambulance, and reserve ambulance, administrative operations, and support space for ten (10) fire fighters and emergency operations center for 25 personnel to be specified more fully in a contract agreement to be negotiated after selection. The contract agreement will provide for payment for phases of work completed with options to proceed through all phases or to discontinue work as circumstances may dictate. Upon the initial selection of an Architect based upon qualifications, with which negotiations will proceed, a Scope of Work will be developed. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded on or before the Council meeting of February 18, 2020 and that work will commence immediately. The City has the sole authority to select a firm for this project and reserves the right to reject any and all submitted RFSOQ.
