Reference Number : 1320941 The City of Gaspé, the project owner, is seeking proposals to offer all the technical support needed to carry out the redevelopment work on the "north sector" harbor of l'anse-au-Griffon. Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2019-11-29. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, payable to the City of Gaspé, the amount of which is equal to or greater than 10% of the total amount of the first year of performance, including all applicable taxes. In the absence of a certified check, bids may be accompanied by a bid bond issued by companies holding an insurer's license in Canada or Québec, established at the same amount and valid for a period of sixty (60) days following the bid opening date. In the case where the bid security is issued as a bid bond, a letter of commitment for the issuance of a performance bond must also be attached to the bid. The City of Gaspé does not undertake to accept either the proposal that has obtained the highest evaluation score, nor any of the proposals received and will not be liable in any way for any damage or loss of any kind that may result to bidders this call for proposals.
