Remodeling and renovation of a retail development in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a retail development.
Description: The project includes a full renovation and expansion of the existing pharmacy space on the 4th floor of the building. The new pharmacy will be comprised of an IV compounding room, a hazardous compounding room, an ante room, and a pharmacy workroom and consist of approximately 500 square feet. A new dedicated rooftop air handling unit as well as exhaust fans will be provided as part of the project to serve the renovated pharmacy. The pharmacy is located in an active infusion center therefore schedule coordination and infection control practices will be critical to ensure patient satisfaction and a successful project outcome. Project walk through 11/21/19 at 12:30Pm on 4th floor. All questions due 11/26/19 at noon. *Addendum 1 and 2 have been released.
