Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Elk River, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Major components of the Work include: Interior wet surface prep and coatings, inter dry spot coatings repair, exterior spot coatings repair. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Elk River Municipal Utilities
