Site work for a water / sewer project in Apex, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The estimated construction cost is $300k to $400k As of December 10, 2019, the deadline for questions is December 12, 2019, at 5:00 PM. Pursuant to NC General Statutes 143-129, sealed bids will be received by the Town of Apex for the furnishing of all materials and construction of the Irongate Subdivision Waterline Extension Project. The Project consists of constructing 3,500 LF of 8 and 12 waterline All bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit with their Bids affidavits of Good Faith Efforts in the recruitment of Minority Businesses. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
