Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 01/14/2020 Project has been awarded but contractor’s information is currently unavailable. The work includes, but is not limited to: Central High School: 1. Remove all existing layers of Modified roofing, insulation, flashings, gutters, down spouts, and metal flashing as indicated in the Plans. 2. Install new fully adhered black EPDM roof system with new insulation and cover board. Install new wall flashings, curb flashings, expansion joints, new gutter and down spouts,and new metal flashing as indicated in the plans. Cole Elementary School: 1.
