The project consists of approximately 7,500 linear feet of 8-inch (8") cured-in-place (CIPP) sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 1,900 linear feet of 10-inch (10") CIPP sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 558 linear feet of 12-inch (12") CIPP sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 300 linear feet of 15-inch (15") CIPP sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 300 linear feet of 24-inch (24") sanitary sewer rehabilitation; removal of 49 protruding service connections; 124 sanitary sewer point repairs; 650 linear feet of heavy cleaning of sanitary sewer pipes; 54 sanitary sewer lead repairs; and 1,600 vertical feet of cementitious grout and epoxy of manholes. The project is located in Harris County, adjacent to the southern-right-of-way of FM 1960, approximately 2 miles east of TX 249 along FM 1960. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit either a 2% certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Owner. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, unless you are a publicly traded entity or a wholly owned subsidiary of same, you must be able to provide Harris County Water Control & Improvement District No. 109 (the "District") with printed and signed copies of a completed disclosure of interested parties form (Form 1295) and a certificate of filling at the time of the District's execution of the contract. Failure to do so will result in the District's inability to execute the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 days from the date bids are open.
