Tetuxwtun (pronounced Tey-tux-tun) is a land and community enhancement project developing 5.8 acres from three existing properties into housing, services, open space and amenities. TIMELINE: Request for proposals for Comprehensive Land Use Planning and Development Consultant services is underway. Further update may be available late summer 2023, upon approvals. *The project is a joint partnership between Snuneymuxw First Nation, BC Housing, the City of Nanaimo, and Nanaimo Ladysmith Public Schools (known as the Knowledge Partners).
