Lot 5A Expansion - requires expansion of existing parking lot to include grading, paving, striping, lighting and signage at a minimum. Project will be designed and construction in accordance with provisions of SL 2007-546 - Project Manager - Brian Kugler, 704-687- 0522, bhkugler@uncc.edu - Construction Delivery Method - Single Prime - Designer - Dewberry Engineers Inc. As of December 4, 2020, design has been completed. The project has not yet submitted for permits and is currently on hold pending owner review. A bidding and construction timeline has not been confirmed, but construction is not expected to begin before second quarter 2021. This project is currently on hold.
