Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Lake Worth, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Lake Worth Beach is seeking qualifications from interested firms to provide design, bid documents, bid review and construction/engineering inspection/management services for the construction of a new innovative and efficient Public Works Fleet Facility. This essential, hardened facility will house the City's fleet operations (garage), multiple levels of office space, contain an Emergency Operations Center component, and be located along College Street just south of the existing Public Works complex and just north of Sunrise Court. The firm is to furnish a project inclusive of all design, permitting, bid and construction documents, contract administration and engineering inspections. Respondents are responsible for insuring that their Qualifications are delivered and stamped by the City's Financial Services Office personnel by the deadline indicated. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
