Saving Project...

Renovation of a medical facility in East Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 105,700-square-foot, two-story above grade medical facility.

The work includes but is not limited to the following: Provide labor and material to implement the Building and Safety approved plans and specifications to replace eight air handler units on the roof, two water cooled chillers with three 125-ton water cooled chillers, two chilled water pumps, three condenser water pumps, two heating water pumps, 129 mixing boxes with direct digital controls building management system associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing works; provide temporary power and air handler unit; provide testing, measuring, adjusting and balancing of the air systems, duct cleaning and duct repair; associated electrical modifications; and fire alarm and fire sprinklers systems modifications to be conducted in phased installations after hours when the clinic is closed and during business hours in a functioning clinic implementing infection control measures to include a badging process for all employees. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive technical errors and discrepancies in bids submitted in the public interest.
