Site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Fullerton, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Genoa Northwest, Structure No. C006300205P, and Belgrade South,Structure. Each bidder will be required to submit with his proposal a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable without condition to the County Treasurer ofNance County, Nebraska, in an amount equal tofive (5) percent of his proposal. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall furnish within ten (10) days after tbe award a surety bond or bonds in a sum equal to thefull amount of the contract. Theform o the bonds and surety shall be acceptable to the Nance County Board of Supervisors. Thebidderwill include an estimated time ofbeginning and completion fortheproject withthe proposal. Thefinal completion datefor Belgrade South is November20, 2020. Thecontractor will be allowed 240 calendar days for the completion of Belgrade South after beginning tM work. Thefinal completion datefor Genoa Northwest is September 30, 2021. Thecontractor willbe allowed 180calendardaysfor completion ofGenoa Northwest after beginning the work: The Board ofCounty Supervisorsreserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bids.
