Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves the supply, delivery and installation of all components necessary to construct the project described below: - Selective demolition and removals from site of existing equipment and materials in mechanical room (mezzanine), pool filter room (ground floor), rooftop and associated areas as detailed on the drawings and specifications. - Supply and installation of (10) new rooftop units, including all associated supports, mechanical, electrical, roofing, and building automation controls work and modifications as required to complete installation. - Supply and installation of new heat exchangers, boilers, pumps and domestic hot water storage tanks as detailed on the drawings and specifications. - Provision of roof replacement for areas indicated (1.0, 1.1, 6.0, 7.0 on drawings) including coordination with the installation of the new equipment. - Integration of all new equipment into the existing Building Automation System (BAS).
