A timeline for award has not yet been established. **As of January 29, 2020, the project has not yet been awarded.** The Work consists of the construction of a new 2,160 square foot concessions and restroom building adjacent to the existing Field # 7. The new facility will provide a 358 square foot concessions area with kitchen equipment, new restrooms (women's toilets - Qty 7, men's toilets/urinals - Qty 5 and family restroom), and a 545 square foot football storage room to serve the existing football association. Public utility services and electrical power service for the new building will included with the project. Access from the new Field # 7 parking area will be provided via a sidewalk which is fully accessible and meets all ADA criteria. Pursuant to Henrico County Code Section 16-43, the Board of Supervisors of Henrico County, Virginia shall be the awarding authority when the contract amount is over $100,000. Otherwise, the award will be made by the Purchasing Director. Bids must be accompanied by either a cashier's check or certified check or bidder's bond (AIA 310) in the amount of 5% of the Total Unit Price Base Bid amount and made payable to the County of Henrico, Virginia.
