As of January 10 the project has not been awarded yet BRAZORIA COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 57 DETENTION, STORM WATER FACILITIES AND PAVING TO SERVE MERIDIANA PARKWAY, PHASE SEVEN Project No. 081-011- 00-05 DST (J)/ROAD (L) Project scope shall include of approximately 14,000 CY of excavation and 1,850 LF of 18-inch to 36-inch of RCP storm sewer, and 17,866 SY of 8- inch to 10-inch concrete paving. The above described construction will be performed in accordance with plans and specifications and any addenda thereto which may be issued prior to the opening of bids. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the closing time above designated will be returned unopened.
