The Consultant should provide engineering services as outlined in Section 7.0 Scope of Services. Cleave Street runs parallel to West Elkhorn Avenue between Big Horn Drive and Spruce Drive. The area of interest for this project is Cleave Street between Big Horn Drive and Regent Park east side.
