Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Laramie, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a five-story above grade, 434-room educational facility; two-story above grade, 850-seat educational facility; and five-story above grade, 466-room educational facility.
Project consists of new dormitories and associated site work. The total site would take up 14 acres. Work requires the demolition of an existing building and construction of a new energy plant. This will be a phased project. The new north residence hall will be built at the corner of 15th and Lewis streets. The new south residence hall will be east of Half Acre Recreation and Wellness Center. As of January 13, 2025 construction is underway. Construction completion is scheduled for summer 2025.
