Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development; for site work for a office development; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Contractors shall email all inquiries and RFIs by 10:00 a.m., 04 DEC 2019 via email to: Randy Ferriman, Engineer Tech, Email: randall.j.ferriman.civ@mail.mil Irene Saito, Contract Specialist, Email: Irene.a.saito.civ@mail.mil The Design-Bid-Build project consists of the removal of the drywall with carpet, and installing new drywall in all rooms. Th scope also includes removing carpet on all CMU/Concrete walls, along with removal existing wooden baseboards, and replace with 4" rubber base. New VCT will be installed over the existing VCT. The existing CMU/concrete walls will be cleaned smooth with new imperial plaster on the concrete walls. Also, all new & existing walls without carpeting will be painted with three (3) coats. The project duration is 310 days. This project is Prevailing Wage, and has the Buy American requirement. Trades required: Demolition, Plastering, Drywall, Resilient Flooring, Painting & Electrical. Construction Value: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000
