Site work for a water / sewer project in Rochester, New York. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 01/16/2020, all bids were rejected, over budget, will rebid, no new bid schedule yet. Contract A, Installation of approximately 6,200 linear feet of 12" water main, valves, hydrants and appurtenances. Contract B, Installation of a 300,000 Gallon Water Storage Tank, water vault,pump building and miscellaneous PRV upgrades. The Town of Pavilion Water Storage Tank Replacement consists Contract A - Water Main Installation, involving providing the equipment, materials and labor to install approximately 6,200 linear feet of 12" water main, fire hydrants, and appurtenances along portions of York Road, Contract B - Tank Installation, involving the installation of an elevated water storage tank, building, vault off of York Road and modifications to the Dillon and York Road PRVs within the Town of Pavilion. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Town of Pavilion does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs and activities. The Town of Pavilion, Genesee County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award.
