Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Grants Pass, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 17,820-square-foot transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project requires the contractor to supply all expertise, personnel, equipment and materials for the construction of an approximate 15,680 square foot transfer hub and within that a 2,140 square foot customer service and administrative office facility. The transit hub will serve to facilitate transfers between all routes. It will also include all associated passenger amenities such as shelters, benches, signage, bike racks and trash receptacles. There will also be a small parking area that can be utilized for customer and general public parking. This contract is for a public works project subject to prevailing wage rates under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 and the Davis Bacon Act. This project is funded with federal transportation dollars.
