The Board of Enlarged City School District of Troy invites the submission of sealed bid proposal to furnish materials and labor to complete with plans and specification for the following categories of work. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid opening time or any publicized postponement thereof. The bid document and contract document may be examined at the office of MOSAIC associates architects, The Frear Building, 2 Third street, Suite 440, Troy, NY 12180 ph: (518) 479-4000. All bid addenda will be transmitted to registered plan holders via e-mail or electronically. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the form and subject to the conditions provided. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the date of the opening of bids. The Board of education reserves the rigt to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening.
