Questions must be submitted on or before 12/13/2019 4:00 PM The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: selective demolition, the installation of E&S controls, a retention basin, inlets, HDPE and PVC underdrain piping, electrical conduit, electrical conduit, concrete curbing, sidewalk, surfacing, stairs and metal railings, ADA ramps, signage, tensar geogrid material, crushed 2A stone, asphalt paving, pavement markings, landscaping and all site grading and excavation shown or reasonably implied on the plans and contract documents for this project. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of ten (10) percent of the total bid amount as well as all other required documents. Immediately following the due date and time, all bids received through electronically will be opened online and referred to the Borough for final award. Prevailing wage rates and related acts apply to this Project. Questions may be submitted through electronically "Questions" tab on or before December 13, 2019 at 4:00 P.M. Responses will be provided electronically to all registered plan holders. The Borough of Fleetwood reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty (60) days.
