The Work to be performed shall include: A retrofit of the existing Redmond Fire Station 17 Hose Tower to allow for hose train-ing exercises, including but not limited to; providing drainage of concrete landings and stairs, pro-viding a reservoir basin at grade, waterproofing an existing door alcove with new door assembly, providing sealer to all existing CAE:, concrete and wood surfac-es, waterproofing existing hol-low metal doors, and other work necessary to complete the proj-ect. Engineer's Estimate range for this work is from $170,000 to $205,000. All physical work shall be completed in the time specified in Section 1-08.5. Plans, Contract. Provisions, addenda; pertinent supplemen-tary information, and plan holders list for this project are available online. Bidders are encour-aged to "Register as a Bidder", in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda and to be placed on the "Bidders List".
