Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 01/16/2020 Awarded with $1,912,056.50 As of January 8 the project has not been awarded yet. The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Extension of approximately 4,000 feet of City utilities and reconstruction of approximately 1,000 centerline feet of ur- ban roadway including; existing surface removals, excavation and roadway grading, sanitary sewer, duplex submersible lift station with controls, force main, water main, storm sewer, concrete curb and gutter, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, pavement markings, and all related restoration items. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The anticipated substantial completion date is July 17, 2020 and final completion date is August 1, 2020. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
