Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Jackson, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a 6,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for the renovation of a 100,000-square-foot educational facility.
Plans called for on-going, phased construction activity. Plans call for a 6,000 square foot atrium/lobby addition and renovation of the existing 100,000 square foot school. Phase 1A - reroofing and roof structure Phase 1B - exterior doors and windows Phase 2 - remainder of the addition/renovation and sitework. A construction manager has been selected and is currently seeking pricing for all bid packages noted in the project specifications. The deadline for questions is December 11, 2019.
