Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Wheeling, West Virginia. Completed plans call for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
ATC LOT - Construction of ATC Lot at the corner of Main and 16th Streets to include 36 new parking spaces (site improvements include demolition, bituminous paving (full depth), concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks, ada ramps, landscaping, grading, drainage, lighting, electrical, fencing, and e&s controls. ECS LOT - Construction of ECS Lot - Phase 1 within the former 18th Street between Chapline and Market Streets to include 32 new parking spaces (site improvements include demolition, bituminous paving (full depth), bituminous paving (2" mill and overlay), concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks, ada ramps, landscaping, grading, drainage, lighting, electrical, fencing, and e&s controls. Three Monument Signs, Pedestrian Lighting, ECS Lot Phase 2, B&O Lot Parking Area, B&O Lot Pillars, and B&O Lot Brick on Concrete. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any/all Bids All applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations apply. The Bidder, if successful and awarded a contract, will receive a notice to proceed from the Owner and agrees that all Work will start from date of Notice to Proceed and that the project will be Substantially Complete in number of days inserted on Form of Proposal by Bidder.Bidder also agrees to achieve Final Completion within 30 days thereafter. For each calendar day the project is not Substantially Complete, for both the pavement and the final deadlines, damages to be assessed at $500 per day.
