**As of August 6, 2020 this project has been awarded to S.J. Louis in the amount of $12,763,393.94 This project consists of approximately 1,700 linear feet of 30" wastewater line, 5,000 linear feet of 33" wastewater line, 3,000 linear feet of 36"wastewater line, 3,900 linear feet of 42" wastewater line, and 1,900 linear feet of up to about 70 ft deep 42" diameter tunneled wastewater line with three access shaft of up to 70 ft deep. The City of Pflugerville reserves the right reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received; to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted; to award any parts or combination of parts of the project it deems necessary; and any other rights established under the laws of the State of Texas.
