The Town of Queen Creek is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to construct roadway improvements for the reconstruction and widening of the Queen Creek Road and Signal Butte Road intersection from approximately 1,380 west to 775 east and 830 south to 2,420 north of the existing intersection including an approximate 3,853 offsite channel including a box culvert. Improvements will include furnishing all labor, tools, material, equipment, and any other incidentals necessary to construct the following pavement and concrete removal, excavation, subgrade preparation, placing of aggregate base and asphaltic pavement, constructing curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, and raised median islands, placing pavement markings and signing, installing conduit, traffic signals, and installing new roadway lighting. Drainage improvements shall include a box culvert, retention basins, catch basins, storm drainpipes, headwalls, and drywells. Finishing of the Work shall include installing landscape and landscape irrigation and other related incidental work to complete the Work. Each Bid shall be in accordance with specifications and instructions contained therein. The Town of Queen Creek reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive informalities.
