Renovation of a library in Newport Beach, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The work necessary for the completion of this contract consists of removing and replacing five existing lighting control panels in two electrical rooms; replacing three remote control stations in the library; rerouting existing electrical to keep lighting on during the upgrade; repairing drywall, paint or other restoration work necessitated by the installation. Please see attached Special Provisions document for a more complete scope of work.
