Each bidder must deposit a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check payable to the Owner in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid amount. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract within forty-five (45) calendar days after the actual date of the receipt of the bids.
