This multi-prime project (General Trades, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) consists of the construction of a two story, approximately 64,000 sq. ft, addition to the existing high school and approximately 33,000 sq. ft of renovations to spaces in the existing high school. The addition is inclusive of, but not limited to, specialized classrooms, science labs, core classrooms, computer lab, offices, conference rooms, a two-story atrium space, restrooms, below grade mechanical tunnel, and building support spaces.
