LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID #P2001662 Sealed bids will be received, by the Board of Trustees of the Independent School District of Boise City, Administration Building, 8169 W. Victory Road, Boise, Idaho until 2:30 p.m., on Thursday, December 19, 2019 for Kitchen Equipment for the Boise School District. Bid forms and specifications are available to actual bidders at the Office of the Purchasing Supervisor, 8169 West Victory Road, Boise, Idaho 83709 or by contacting scott.engum@boise schools.org for an emailed copy. Bids received after the time of opening shall not be considered, and no bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening, or before award of purchase order unless said award is delayed. All bids shall be opened and read aloud at the office of the Purchasing Supervisor at 8169 West Victory Road, Boise, Idaho immediately after the closing hour for said bid, as indicated in this notice. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality, or to accept the bid or bids deemed best for the Independent School District of Boise City.
