Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for paving for a road / highway; and for site work for a road / highway.

The project consists of selective demolition and removal, earthwork, asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete, structural supports, painting, fuel storage tank and dispensers, electrical work, and incidental related work. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the construction of the project including all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the drawings and specified herein. To be eligible to bid, the prospective Offeror must be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), relating to the licensing of contractors. The Hawaii product preference pursuant to HRS 103D-1002 and Hawaii Administrative Rules 3-124 may be applicable to this solicitation.
