Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot, two-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The Sullivan Park Facility project is a major component of Phase II of the Sullivan Park Expansion. This project further goals outlined in the Community Redevelopment Plan such as improving pedestrian connections and walkability, activating the Cove Shopping Center and provide enhanced community facilities. As of October 5, 2022, the project is in design. An architect has been selected.
