Pecos Transfer Station Construction ProjectThe Town of Pecos City is soliciting proposals for the construction of a solid waste transfer station to increase the amount of waste that can be accepted at the Pecos Municipal Landfill. A Proposal must be accompanied a letter of intent from a bonding agent indicating the respondents bondability for the project. Successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds and proof of insurance, complying with the Conditions of the Agreement. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Proposals. Proposals will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the Bid opening.
