Phase 2 construction for a 32-storey hotel tower with approx. 370 guest rooms alongside a 4-storey, 5,500-seat performance/concert venue. The program is intended to host concerts, esports events, conventions, corporate events, product launches, and awards shows and international visitors. Properties are: 125 Princes' Boulevard and also known as 2 Strachan Avenue. TIMELINE: Designs are ongoing. Owner is awaiting site plan approvals for a revised scope of work.
