Suppliers should read the Terms and Conditions closely to determine whether a performance bond or similar requirement is indicated by this RFP. If so, such bond shall be issued to the Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma and that complete and competent evidence of such coverage must be provided to the University in the Supplier's Proposal package The Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma is seeking a qualified supplier to refurbish the interior of two (2) passenger elevator cars with stainless panels and a stainless drop ceiling with LED lighting, and two (2) freight cars with stainless drop ceiling with LED lighting only at the Williams Pavilion, at 920 Stanton L. Young, Oklahoma City, OK 73104, on the OU Health Sciences Center campus. Remove six (6) existing stand of panels from each elevator cab o If necessary, touch up any painted reveals that may be scratched of marred. o Panels to be turned down on three (3) sides and open on the bottom with flat corners that are welded and polished. o All panel fastening devices should be examined, tightened, and/or replaced if found faulty. o Remove existing painted interior cab doors of the passenger cars only. o Install new interior car doors with brushed stainless steel #4 finish. o New door gibs installed to accommodate the doors. o Fire tabs on the bottom of the car doors as required by code. o Re-install related car door equipment clutch, hangers, and rollers. o Adjust doors for smooth operation. o Doors must comply with code-required closing force. o Remove existing drop ceiling. o Install drop ceiling with LED recesse d lights, one light in each pan. o Provide 6 pans inside ceiling frame - finish to be Wilson Art Aluminum #4. o Ceiling frame to be aluminum, specs provided below. o Exhaust fans are to be restored to proper working condition.
