Renovation of a parking garage in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Cambridge Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the project: Security Gate at Manning Apartments, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Cambridge Housing Authority. Project consists of furnishing and installing a security gate at driveway garage. Awarding contractor will be responsible for evaluating adequate space and accessibility for security gate installation. The construction period will be THIRTY (30) calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The work is estimated to cost $ 12,000 By submitting a bid, the bidder warrants that he has examined the site and bid documents and, that the bid documents are adequate, and the required result can be produced as written. No increase in the contract sum nor claim for damages due to delay will be permitted because of the contractors failure to accomplish any or all of these requirements.
