If Such Bidder Fails to Execute and File Such Contract and Bond, the Amount of the Check or Bid Bond Shall Be Forfeited as Liquidated Damages. No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn After the Opening of Bids Without the Consent of the City of Franklin for a Period of Ninety (90) Days After the Time of Opening of Bids. Each Bidder Agrees Upon Submission of Bid That if the Same Be Accepted Within Said Time Period, He Shall Be Bound by the Terms of Acceptance Hereinafter Contained.
