Renovation of a mixed-use development in Corona dl Mar, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

As of March 10, 2020, three firms have been short listed, though a final award has not yet been made. *The original solicitation is listed below for reference. --- Among the public facilities that the City of Newport Beach maintains are two restrooms serving Grant Howald Park and a community center at Cliff Drive Park. The restrooms at Grant Howald park consist of one free standing restroom facility on the west end of the park of approximately 1,000 square feet and public restrooms on the east side of the park incorporated into the Community Youth Center. The Cliff Drive Park Community Center consists of a single room structure of approximately 800 square feet. The City of Newport Beach is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive professional services to evaluate the existing facilities for local and national code compliance and propose rehabilitation strategies to extend the useful life of the facilities. The final work product will consist of plans, specifications, and construction estimates for repairs and improvements to the facilities. Alternative designs may be requested during the design process to conform to available budgets. The following are the minimum qualifications for all Consultant(s).
