Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in League City, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The project consists of a renovation of the existing 2,289 square foot council chamber, 500 square foot lobby and public restrooms and 180 square foot conference room. Scope of work includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, telecommunications, security and audio visual systems. The fire sprinkler system will be extended from the existing library into the council chamber, lobby and conference room spaces to provide full coverage. Alternates include replacing the rooftop HVAC units, renovating the restrooms in the library, extending the fire sprinkler system into the courts area, painting the mansard roof and providing a bi-polar ionization system to the rooftop HVAC units.
