Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The successful bidder will be required to comply strictly with all Federal, State, and local labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to providing on-the job training opportunities and payment of prevailing wages. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in an amount and type specified in Schedule A. The bid security shall assure the City of New York of the adherence of the bidder to its proposal, the execution of the Contract, and the furnishing of Performance and Payment Bonds by the bidder, if such Payment and Performance bonds are required in Schedule A. If required by Schedule A, the successful bidder shall, prior to or at the time of execution of the Contract, deliver to the Agency Contact Person payment and performance security in a form prescribed herein. If a Contractor fails to deliver the required payment and performance security, the award shall be rescinded, bid security enforced, and award of the Contract may be made to the next lowest responsive and responsible bidder, or the Contract may be re-bid. The Contractor shall have no right to any claim(s) against the City if the actual field conditions differ from those contained in the reports. The Cost Estimate Range is between $5,000,000.00 – $10,000,000.00
