Bid Package for GMP 3 (hotel only) for Division 32 Pile work for Hotel The Prime Contract is Design Build. above-named Contractor, will be bidding and will receive bids for the award of Division 32 Subcontracts and CBE Consulting for the GMPs listed below: Bid Packages: Bid Package for GMP 3 (hotel only) for Division 32 Pile work for Hotel Contractors Licenses RequiredAs required by Florida Statute 489.105(3) In accordance with the provisions of Florida Statute Chapters 455 and 489, Florida Administrative Code, Chapter 61G4, and Broward County Administrative Code, Chapter 21, the bidder and all subcontractors, regardless of tier, must possess the classification of contractors license appropriate for the work to be performed at the time that the bid is submitted. Bids shall be received in the place identified above. The Contractor will evaluate all bids based on a best value basis, in which qualifications, price, proposed staffing, current workloads, Broward County Certified CBE status (min 30%), experience on similar projects and related factors are considered, consistent with the definition in Florida Statute 287.012. Potential proposers which are Broward County Certified CBE businesses under applicable Broward County Ordinances are strongly encouraged to consider submitting bids and the related information for the Bid Packages requested by the Contractor. The Contractor reserves the right to reject any and all bids received, and/or re-bid as necessary to adequately cover the scopes of the project within the budget, and/or may elect to waive any irregularities in any bids. The Contractor may enter into negotiations with multiple bidders based on its initial evaluation of the bids in order to make a final best value decision. All bidders that are not 100% Broward County Certified CBE firms must either meet a minimum goal of 30% (by dollar value) of Broward County Certified CBE firm participation through tier subcontractors and/or suppliers or provide a written plan to use extensive and verifiable good faith efforts to meet that goal if awarded a contract.
