Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Crowley, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
Project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed. The construction of an 11 lane firing range with bullet trap; 8 feet high side CMU block safety walls; 20 feet high back CMU block safety walls; concrete walkways; 900 S.F. pre-engineered metal building with 900 S.F. canopy, mechanical,electrical, plumbing,; limestone parking area; and associated site shaping, grading and drainage. Bids must be submitted on Bid Forms furnished for this purpose by the Engineers. The bidder must execute all blanks in the bid proposal or the bid will not be considered. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, forms, and subject to the conditions provided for in the Information for Bidders. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable on the U.S. Department of Treasury Circular 570. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Mr. KP Gibson, Sheriff, Acadia Parish Sheriffs Office, and plainly marked on the outside, Bid for Proposed Firing Range. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening.
