Renovation of a municipal facility in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of September 1st, 2022 this project is pending an award decision. The project is to replace Service Entrance Switchgear (SES) circuit breakers, and upgrade the Programmable Logistic Controls (PLC and Circuit Monitor Control System. Additionally, the project is to replace the following: 1. Switchboard NS52 (main circuit breaker) via transformer USS-C3 (building C, 5th floor, south). 2. Switchboard DP221N (main circuit breaker) via transformer USS-C4 (building Ctower 22nd floor). 3. Switchboard DP221S (main circuit breaker) via transformer USS-C4 (building Ctower 22nd floor). 4. Switchgear NSBA (main circuit breaker) via transformer USS-A1 (building A, basement). 5. Tie breaker C4A & C4B tie breaker. 6. Upgrade local symax controllers for USS-C4A along with CEP A and CEP B controllers. 7. Provide alternate power source (automatic transfer switch) for city of Orlando equipment, and Orange County radio equipment from 5th floor SWBN-NS52. 8. Provide alternate power source (automatic transfer switch) for UPS-A2 and UPSA3 from building B SWBD-NSBB. The question deadline date will be changed to July 11, 2022 by 5:00 pm EST
