Design plans call for the addition of a 130,540-square-foot, four-story above grade medical facility; for the remodel of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Construction of a new building that will be linked to the existing facility and housing emergency, intensive care, operating theaters, reprocessing unit for medical devices as well as part of the food service, day center and endoscopy and of minor surgery in order to solve the problems of functional obsolescence and to improve the infrastructures. The spaces freed up will allow the development of outpatient clinics and certain diagnostic services. The project also includes a redevelopment of existing spaces over an area of 6,370 m2 that will allow the development of outpatient clinics and certain diagnostic services. Preparatory construction work is scheduled to start in April, 2024, and complete in March, 2025. Phase 2 construction is scheduled to start in April, 2025.
